Manage, build, and develop company departments through corporate strategy and infrastructure: Branches, Service Operations, IT, Marketing, HR, Accounting, and Compliance.

Partner with the IT Department in implementing tech initiatives by adopting innovative operating procedures

Communicate with critical vendors at the operations and administrative levels to ensure service quality is delivered on time

Lead the team of Managers at the Country, Branch, and Department levels.

Work with business development teams locally and internationally to setup a network of global branches.

Develop the operational practices, marketing tactics, and manpower structure based on the business development plan

Execute high-level business planning by implementing appropriate project management methodology and business administration

Develop budget KPis and business reports

Setup metrics for performance analysis at global and local levels

Act as the escalation point and lead communication with governmental authorities, customers, vendors, and employees

Maintain a positive work environment by integrating modern initiatives to enhance the retention of employees and continuous customers satisfaction

Lead the Company and inspire coworkers to be proactive, pragmatic, confident, and united

Continuously develop service solutions and transformation within the customer's supply chain.

Provide or explain logistics solutions in regularly scheduled logistics meetings

Travel internationally for logistics conferences, global team meetings, and customer presentations ( at least 25% of time)
