Our story

Maxton Shipping was founded in 2019 in Rocklin, California, by Vlad Nikalayeu and Nick Yarmolyuk, drawing on two decades of freight forwarding experience. In 2020, they began building a platform to meet the changing needs of global trade. In 2023, that platform was launched as Skypace, developed under the leadership of Maksym Filipchyk and a team of logistics engineers.
