We're seeking an experienced Freight Forwarder to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be providing the highest quality of logistics services. You will be involved in the operations and business development of the global freight forwarding company. A confident operational approach, knowledge of the basic FMC, TSA, and DOT regulations, knowledge of the U.S. national and world geography, an adaptive mindset, and continuous success hunger are a must for positive outcomes.   • Execute the freight forwarding operations Domestically and Internationally;

  • Be a self-starter; be adaptive to the new processes and instructions;

  • Move domestic Road freight, international Ocean & Air Export / Import freight services Door to Door, including related 3PL services.

  • Directly communicate with the customers and shipping parties, control the workflow, and follow up the corporate policies;

  • Manage shipments through TMS Cargowise and other digital tools

  • Maintain collaboration with the foreign network of logistics agents;

  • Be able to communicate with Transportation authorities of the U.S., such as DOT, TSA, and FMC;

  • Understand & respect essential rules and statements of the Federal Maritime Commission related to OTI business, NVOCC, and Freight Forwarding industry.

  • Collaborate with Accounting Team; do Billing and vendor's AP verification;

  • Collaborate with other corporate departments to integrate business systems or processes.

  • Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of Air Freight Industry, TSA regulations, IAC and IATA essentials; Ocean Freight & FMC Regulations; Road Freight & DOT Regulations;

  • Maintain and develop metrics, operations, and financial reports, process documentation, or customer service logs

  • Supervise the workflow of logistics processes, plan, or schedule the daily operations; be a team leader;

  • Ensure the logistics quality management meets the customer and industry requirements;

  • You will be a part of the intensive business development process domestically and internationally.

  • Be a leader and self-starter: manage and teach current and new employees


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain preferred

  • At least 3 years of working experience in logistics sales required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English. Bi-lingual is a plus

  • Exceptional knowledge of the logistics industry and global freight forwarding aspects

  • Passionate and self-motivated professional which strives to exceed a customer's expectations

  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to pass a background check; clean driving record

  • Ability to travel when required, approximately 20 - 40% of the time
