Execute the freight forwarding operations Domestically and Internationally;

Be a self-starter; be adaptive to the new processes and instructions;

Move domestic Road freight, international Ocean & Air Export / Import freight services Door to Door, including related 3PL services.

Directly communicate with the customers and shipping parties, control the workflow, and follow up the corporate policies;

Manage shipments through TMS Cargowise and other digital tools

Maintain collaboration with the foreign network of logistics agents;

Be able to communicate with Transportation authorities of the U.S., such as DOT, TSA, and FMC;

Understand & respect essential rules and statements of the Federal Maritime Commission related to OTI business, NVOCC, and Freight Forwarding industry.

Collaborate with Accounting Team; do Billing and vendor's AP verification;

Collaborate with other corporate departments to integrate business systems or processes.

Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of Air Freight Industry, TSA regulations, IAC and IATA essentials; Ocean Freight & FMC Regulations; Road Freight & DOT Regulations;

Maintain and develop metrics, operations, and financial reports, process documentation, or customer service logs

Supervise the workflow of logistics processes, plan, or schedule the daily operations; be a team leader;

Ensure the logistics quality management meets the customer and industry requirements;

You will be a part of the intensive business development process domestically and internationally.
