We are on the lookout for a meticulous Tracking Agent. If you are someone who thrives on solving problems, has an eye for detail, and enjoys working with cutting-edge tracking systems, you might be the perfect fit.
Responsibilities

Monitoring and tracking the progress of shipments using our system

Identifying and resolving issues when the system does not receive departure confirmations from maritime lines.

Verifying the location of ships by consulting external sources when the system lacks status updates.

Entering accurate information from external sources into our tracking system to ensure up-to-date shipment status.

Collaborating with maritime lines and other external entities to obtain necessary information.
Requirements

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work with external sources and verify information.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in using tracking systems and databases

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

A basic understanding of the logistics and shipping industry is a plus.
